Key Responsibilities:
Assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor network performance and ensure security and reliability of network systems.
Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, and wireless systems.
Support network upgrades, patches, and hardware installations.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices and optimize network performance.
Assist in user support related to network connectivity and access issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in network administration or related IT support.
Understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing/switching.
Hands-on experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
