Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Technician to maintain and manage our organization's networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration and a solid understanding of networking hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Manage and configure IP networks, VLANs, and routing protocols. Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configuration files, and reports. Ensure network security by implementing firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth IT operations. Perform regular backups, updates, and software patches for network systems. Provide technical support and training to employees as required.

Requirements

:

Male candidates only. A three-year Polytechnic diploma or equivalent in Networking, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as a Network Technician or Administrator. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Familiarity with network monitoring tools and network troubleshooting. Good understanding of security practices in networking. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
