Job Summary:

We are hiring a Network & System Support Engineer with CCNA certification to handle on-site

network and IT system support. The role involves installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and

maintenance of network devices and IT infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure operations.

Responsibilities & Skills:

- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.

- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, routing, VPNs, and system issues.

- Perform network cabling, patch panel termination, and link testing.

- Manage desktops, laptops, peripherals, and user accounts via Active Directory.

- Maintain network documentation, backups, and incident logs.

- Hands-on with Cisco / HP / Fortinet devices.

- Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network printing.

- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

- CCNA certification (Routing & Switching / Enterprise) - Mandatory.

- Diploma or Bachelors in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in network and system support.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to firewalls, load balancers, VoIP/IoT networks.

- Basic knowledge of Windows Server roles (AD, DNS, DHCP).

- Willingness to travel for multi-site deployments and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
