Network System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and define key performance indicators and planning rules to drive measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to develop cost models and optimization strategies. Design and maintain capacity and availability models to forecast utilisation and assess optimisation impacts. Validate data flows, investigate anomalies, and ensure data integrity across systems. Build and manage reports and dashboards to monitor performance, usage, and cost efficiency. Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts. Document workflows, data requirements, and system behaviors for transparency and traceability. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deliver actionable insights through clear visualisations and reports. Continuously identify process improvements and areas for efficiency enhancement.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of hands-on experience in analytical, technical, or operations-focused roles involving complex systems. Strong proficiency in SQL for large dataset validation, troubleshooting, and reporting. Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation. Experience using reporting and visualisation tools like Grafana, Apache Superset, or Tableau. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Telecom or Network Operations, especially in Voice and Messaging architectures. Experience in MVNO environments with capacity planning or interconnect routing exposure. Proficiency in performance monitoring and quality assurance for mobile interconnects. Strong understanding of cost-performance optimisation and routing solutions. * Knowledge of optimisation engines, algorithms, or rule-based decision systems.
