Summary: As a Network and Services Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance, managing back office system data records, and supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments to ensure seamless network operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network configuration and management. - Experience with telecommunication systems and protocols. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network issues effectively. - Familiarity with back office system data management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
