Summary: As a Network & Services Operations Representative, you will engage in configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance, managing back office system data records, and supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network configuration and management. - Experience with telecommunication systems and protocols. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues effectively. - Familiarity with data management and record-keeping practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
