Summary: As a Network and Services Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and their associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance. Your typical day will involve overseeing back office system data records, supporting customer activations, and making necessary configuration adjustments to ensure seamless network operations. You will engage with various teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal service levels. - Develop and implement best practices for network operations to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and telecommunications standards. - Experience with network configuration management tools. - Ability to analyze network performance metrics and implement improvements. - Familiarity with customer support processes and service level agreements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
