Project Role Description : Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

Summary: As a Network and Services Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance, managing back office system data records, and supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments to ensure seamless network operations and customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor network performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Networking, SD-WAN Operations, Wireless Technologies Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network monitoring and management tools. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for network issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
