Job Description

Location: Mohali, India

Shift: Night (US Process)

:

We are seeking Network Support Technicians to assist users in troubleshooting routers, extenders, and basic home networking issues.



Key Responsibilities:

- Guide users through router installation and configuration.



- Resolve issues related to poor connectivity, IP settings, and device pairing.



- Document solutions and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure call quality.



Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).



- Excellent English speaking skills.



- Experience in router and extender support is preferred.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,471.24 - ?47,729.78 per month

Shift:

Night shift
Work Location: In person
