Basic Python, BGP and other networking protocols, firewall knowledge, CCNP/CCNA, Routing and Switching.CCNA, CCNP certified

and other networking protocols Basic knowledge of

Python

(for automation/scripting) Experience with

Firewalls

and related security configurations Good understanding of

Network Troubleshooting

Certifications:

CCNA / CCNP (Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide

L1/L2 technical support

for network-related issues. Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot

network infrastructure

, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Assist in configuring and maintaining

network devices

as per organizational requirements. Identify, diagnose, and resolve

network performance issues

. Work with BGP and other routing protocols to maintain stable and efficient connectivity. Perform basic scripting/automation tasks using

Python

(preferred). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure

network uptime

and resolve escalations. Maintain documentation related to network configurations and processes. * Ensure networks are secure and follow best practices.
