- Network & Server Support Engineer

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Experience: 1-3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Network Support

Monitor and ensure optimal network performance, uptime, and availability.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and WLAN-related issues.
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and security updates.
Manage Office 365 suite and oversee IT assets (end-to-end configuration, installation, and audits).
Install required software and troubleshoot system/driver-related issues.
Server Support

Monitor and maintain physical and virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V).
Handle backups, data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and server applications.
Troubleshoot server issues and collaborate with L1 support for escalations.
Security & Compliance

Implement and maintain IT security protocols.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Respond promptly to security incidents.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain updated documentation of IT infrastructure and processes.
Generate reports on performance, incidents, and resolutions.
Provide training and technical support to L1 staff and end-users when required.
Requirements

Qualification: Graduate in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Azure, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), AWS, Red Hat, Cybersecurity, MCSA.
