We are seeking an experienced

Network Support L2 Engineer

to join our IT infrastructure team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, providing Level 2 support, and ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance across network resources. With

CCNA/CCNP Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

L2-level technical support

for network incidents and service requests. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls). Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and services. Collaborate with the L1 support team to resolve escalated issues promptly. Conduct routine network maintenance and upgrades. Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records. Perform periodic audits and risk assessments for network infrastructure. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support and maintenance. Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls and access control. Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

4 years

of hands-on experience in network support or network engineering. Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.

CCNA/ CCNP Certificate required.
