Assist US users with home/office networking setups, IP issues, and connectivity drops.

Responsibilities:

Resolve issues with routers, modems, extenders, and access points. Configure network settings and update firmware.

Requirements:

Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP basics. Good communication and patience in technical explanation.
