NETWORK SR. ENGINEER (LAN) Location Gurugram - Haryana, India

YOUR TASKS

• Organization, implementation and carrying out of administration of infrastructure systems, supporting and installing infrastructure systems, supporting users in problems in the area of LAN / WAN / WLAN.
• Preparing preliminary investigations on the basis of existing requirements for projects of low to middle complexity within the context of existing instructions.
• Involvement in the necessary network design. Involvement in implementation projects.
• Responsible for specialist and schedule coordination of all activities in agreement with the superior.
• Operation and support of network infrastructure - taking current HELLA Security Policy into account within the context of existing instructions
• Monitoring and optimizing systems through suitable system management and performance tools.
• Analyzing and eliminating faults. (second level support)
• Interdisciplinary activities
• Preparing documentation related to the system landscape

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate Or Engineering background
• CCNA certification desired
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experiences of setting up, managing and troubleshooting LAN topology, applications and components independently e.g. switches, VLAN, DHCP, DNS etc.
• Working experiences of managing WAN links and components, e.g. router, MPLS, PRI, traffic optimization etc.
• Some experiences of dealing with IP telephony, including QoS, Phones and backbone appliances, VoIP.
• very good English verbal and written skills
