Job Description

Network Engineer and will work as part of the team managing the office wired and wireless
Suitable candidate will join Kyndryls Cloud Network Services (CNS) - Office Connect (OC) Tower as
infrastructure. The position is part of the team that is responsible for the service ownership for OC
globally and within this group sit the functions of Service Management, Transition, Design and
Engineering. This role with have a primary focus on the Service Management and Transition
elements. The positions expects to have a participation in automation efforts within OC function, work
to create and maintain the infrastructure inventory and support the budgeting for OC as a whole
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8-12 years of Network Engineering Experience with expertise in Routing, Switching and Wireless technologies
Centralized monitoring, network performance reporting, network optimization, and
Troubleshooting of enterprise IPT & UCaaS deployments.
SIP routing design, trunking design and implementation.
Cisco SBC SIP service design, implementation, and operations.
Implementing security policies and procedures for IPT and video.
Contact Center Applications, Unity Connection, Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
Fidelus Operator Console
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
8-12 years network and voice engineering experience
Experience in cisco (LAN/WAN) network technologies
Former lead role in building Cisco Unified Communication projects
Skype / Teams operation experience
Different VoIP vendor experience (other than Cisco)
Service Now experience
