Job Description

Network Security Implementation

: Implement, and manage secure network architectures. Enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. Evaluate and recommend security solutions, tools, and technologies.

Monitoring and Incident Response

: Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents. Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation. Proactive infrastructure monitoring and highlight gaps

Firewall and VPN Management

: Configure and manage Firewalls (Legacy & NGFW), VPNs, IDS/IPS, Proxy and other security appliances. Implement and maintain network access controls and encryption protocols.

Collaboration and Training

: Work closely with other infrastructure teams to ensure secure network integration. Stay updated with the latest security trends and threats.

Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

: Hands-on experience in network security. Proven experience in designing and implementing secure network architectures.

Technical Skills

: In-depth knowledge of firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo-Alto, FortiGate), VPNs (Remote and IPsec), IDS/IPS, Zscaler and encryption technologies. Understanding of various network protocols (switching & routing) preferable with Cisco, Arista and Juniper. Experience with cloud security (e.g., GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Certifications

: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCSP, or similar are highly desirable.

Soft Skills

: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism.
