Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Network Security Technical Lead to drive end-to-end network transition programs, manage complex global client environments, and ensure secure and seamless connectivity for business partners and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in firewalls, VPN technologies, partner connectivity, and hands-on experience leading network transitions and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end network security transitions and transformation projects for global clients.
Design, implement, and manage secure network architectures aligned with business and compliance requirements.
Manage and configure firewall technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.).
Oversee business partner connectivity including third-party integrations, B2B tunnels, and vendor connections.
Configure and support client remote access VPN solutions and secure access controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, infrastructure, security, and application teams) during transition and steady-state phases.
Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory security standards and policies.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
Act as a technical escalation point for complex network security issues.
Work closely with global clients to ensure smooth handovers, clear communication, and successful delivery of transition milestones.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in firewall management and security rule design.
Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Remote Access, and Site-to-Site).
Proficient in business partner connectivity setups, including routing and security configurations.
Proven experience leading network transition or transformation programs for global clients.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and security best practices.
Exposure to network monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CCNP Security, PCNSE, CCSA/CCSE, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent.
Experience in working with global clients across different geographies and time zones.
Background in ITIL processes, service transition, and operations.
