Qualifications:

• Exp- 10 to 15 yrs
• Hands on experience on NEXTGENFIREWALL Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA etc).
• Should have a good customer handling skills.
• Experience in implementing Information Security technologies and documenting the firewall management processes, procedures required.
• Sound knowledge of different VPN technology including configuration as well deep troubleshooting.
• Configuration, troubleshooting and administration of Proxy (BlueCoat, Zscalar, etc).
• Sound knowledge of AAA technology.
• Sound knowledge of firewall management tools preferred Panorama, Fortimanager etc.
• Experience on ticketing tools like Service Now, HPSM, incident management, problem management and change management concept.
• In depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls in HA mode and hand on experience to handle high priority issues.
• Assist in policy management, patch management, vulnerability management and vendor management activities.
• General knowledge of networking concept.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
