Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations of Network and Security services.
Prepare and maintain up to date documentation detailing configuration of deployed solutions. Generates network configurations, if required.
Be part of a network operations team whose daily responsibilities include performance day-today management and support of the production network.
Regular interaction with client service teams as well as technical experts from different vendors or providers.
Operate candidly and with respect. Honestly accept failures and respond quickly to corrective actions
Participation in evaluation and execution of Demands
Experience/Technical Skills required:
BS Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work experience.
Candidates MUST have a minimum of 7 years networking experience
Experience across Network security administration; installation and configuration of IT Networks, maintenance, troubleshooting and network user management with expertise in installation, upgradation, configuration and support of LAN & WAN hardware, routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless access points & controllers.
Thorough understanding (Packet level) of IP Packet flow, OSI model
Layer 3 - IP and related technologies (ICMP, TCP, GRE, QoS, VRRP)
IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, RIP)
Layer 2 technologies (Ethernet, 802.1q/p VLAN, STP, RSTP, ARP, PPP, MLPPP, LACP)

Skills Required
