Network Security Management ( IPS )
Level : L1/L2
Location - Chennai
Experience in managing Network Security technologies like Firewall, IPS, WAF, Endpoint Protection tools, EDR solutions, DLP
Hands on experience on enterprise IPS administration and operations including Deployment, Upgrade, Troubleshoot and Threat analysis preferably IBM XGS, Cisco Firepower, PaloAlto, Checkpoint
Experience with networking concepts/protocols, Perimeter Security, Datacenter architecture, Application hosting , and knowledge in traffic sniff and package analysis ( Wireshark )
Knowledge on creating SNORT signature, Vulnerability management
Knowledge on Firewall concepts, switching, routing, Layered Security
Experience with scripting languages (Python, or PowerShell)- optional
Coordinate with deployment team, IT stakeholders during new rollouts, upgrades, functionality testing
Coordinate with Product vendor for troubleshooting, new feature testing, reporting product issues, gather more information on protection capabilities for new threats, Vulnerabilities
Good understanding on Security monitoring process, Threat intel, gather IOCs to evaluate protection, Custom IOCs,
Understanding on Cloud platforms and offerings
Ability to communicate security, data protection, data loss prevention related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff effectively at multiple organizational levels
Create and submit periodical reports, ad-hoc reporting
Be able to execute SOPs defined to handle BAU
Create documentations, Run books for ongoing deployment activity
Publish Daily, Weekly, Monthly dashboards on new rollouts, tickets resolved etc.,
Support 24/7 operations
Should have experience in Site preparation and recommend security controls, Network designing, Security Solutioning, Site Consolidations, Network migrations.
Should Coordinate with several stakeholders to independently handle Network migrations
Must have knowledge on using MS Visio to create network designs, Create Project Plans

Skills Required
