7. POST check Power On Self Test to verify the appliance Status with the help of existing CH network team and CH team
8. Firewall migration tool Setup and installation
9. Firewall Management Panorama setup and installation
10. Firewall installation and configuration for Markham Barrie HDC and ODC
11. Prepare the configuration the templates such as ObjectsPolicysRoutingNAT Tables IPSec
12. Compare and review the configuration
13. Push the template on physical firewall
14. HA configuration and testing
15. Implementation of security policies and access controls
16. Tool Integration SIEM IAM
17. Configure the S2S VPN
18. IPSIDS configuration and Signature Update and Detection Enablement
19. UAT testing Signoff based on acceptance criteria and handover to operations
20. Traffic switchover to Palo Alto Firewall
21. Zero trust design principals best practice hardening
22. Observation and troubleshooting
23. Documentation signoff
24. Palo Alto Web Proxy Implementation and Migration
