Job Description

:
We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer with expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and vZen on-premises solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and implementing Zscaler solutions, ensuring secure and efficient internet access for our organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA):

• Provide support and troubleshooting for ZIA-related issues.
• Implement new requirements and configurations as per business needs.
• Perform log analysis and error analysis to identify and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal ZIA performance and security.
• On-Premises vZen Setup & Configuration:

• Install and configure vZen virtual appliances on virtual machines.
• Assign IP addresses and apply configuration templates.
• Ensure proper integration with Zscaler cloud services.
• Maintain documentation for setup and configuration processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).
• Knowledge of network security principles and proxy technologies.
• Experience in log analysis, error troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
