Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various network architecture across all our locations
Maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting our LAN Network
Maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting our Wi-Fi networks (Cisco WLC)
Securing network system by enforcing security policies, performing configuration review/audit, defining and monitoring access.
Maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting our WAN Networks
Maintaining next generation firewalls (Check Point). Managing Day to Day user access request review and implementation.
Troubleshooting network incidents and problems. Maintaining SLAs by effectively prioritizing and managing issues.
Infrastructure monitoring and proactive optimization to improve network reliability and performance.
Coordinating field engineers, vendors and third parties to facilitate and speed up problem resolution.
Create and maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams.
Help implement new processes that achieve greater operational effectiveness and organizational synergies
Deploy and troubleshoot various types of network elements, infrastructure services and platforms
Manage effective alignment with internal cross-functional tasks for installation, configuration, network connectivity and other hardware deployment
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
Reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, suggesting mitigations to risks, actions to close issues or complete open items
Provide hands-on expertise on security / network related projects and collaborate with the internal Security Team
Work with a Global IT team supporting users all over the world
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Strong hands-on/technical knowledge of network and security core technologies and troubleshooting :
Cisco Routers and Switches, Dell Switches, Data Networking, LAN, Networking infrastructure, WLAN, WAN, Routing Protocol, Radius AAA, SD-WAN
Strong technical knowledge and proven experience on Cisco ISE and Cisco WLC. Experience with NAC, WIFI Captive portal
Experience in Next Generation Firewalls features (Application control, IPS, Threat protection...)
Experience in Proxies technologies. Nice to have experience in Zscaler proxy
Experience with Web Application Firewalls is considered an asset
Strong knowledge of network layers, protocols, IP addressing and subnetting
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols, IPSec, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, PKI, Certificates, SSL, AAA, 802.1x, IPAM
Capable to design, architect and implement large and complex network environment
Understanding of monitoring and reporting platforms, and associated tasks or operations
Being familiar with ITIL framework, tickets management and associated workflows
Managed Services and Cloud experience would be nice to have
Your Profile :
7+ years of technical background in networks and security (L2 - L3 support)
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones
Able to interact with all levels of management
Experienced in manage challenging situations with key clients requirements and third party constrains, and expert in building consensus in such situations
You are able to work under pressure and time constraints, and you maintain strict attention to detail in high-pressure situations
Able to coordinate multiple 3rd party providers
You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
