Expectations -

Very good communication, articulation, influential and persuasion skills
Must have worked in banking environments and client facing role
Must be able to handle and steer major incidents and escalation swiftly, ability to get the work done
Must have previous experience of vendor mgmt., suppliers, third party contract
Must be able to manage the difficult situations diplomatically
Must have managed a technical staff – different regions, culture, state etc
Must have worked earlier in implementation and administration of security products and services
- Must be a good People manager- Performance mgmt., goal setting, performance reporting
Must be able to present the data and information to the larger audience
Must have sound knowledge on ITIL, ITSM processes, Six Sigma Quality
Must have experience running 24/7 operations and availability in crisis, emergency support readiness
