Wi-Fi access points and controllers

Configure and troubleshoot
VPN technologies
(Palo Alto GlobalProtect, Netskope VPN).
Support
cloud networking
across
AWS, Azure, and GCP
(multi-cloud).
Manage
Network Access Control (NAC)
solutions (Aruba / Cisco DNAC).
Support
MPLS, Internet connectivity, WAN optimization
, and
SD-WAN
environments.
Participate in
network transformation initiatives
, automation adoption, and new tool rollouts.
Analyze
network logs, traffic patterns
, and monitoring data for incident and problem management.
Work closely with
client and EXL teams
on
network design and implementation

Provide
L2/L3 support
, including Skybox and Backbox operations.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in
Network & Security Administration
Strong hands-on experience with
Cisco and Arista networking
Expertise in
Palo Alto firewalls
and security technologies
Experience with
Next-Gen Firewall and VPN solutions
Hands-on exposure to
public cloud networking
(AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of
Skybox and Backbox
(for L2/L3 roles)
Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and monitoring skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
