Good knowledge in troubleshooting the network related issues. Good knowledge on Firewall/VPN technologies. Basic undemanding of ITIL process Basic troubleshooting knowledge of firewall and VPN technologies Flexible in 24/7 Shifts (should be willing to work extra hours / weekends during Major refresh period). Performed IOS upgrades on various models of IP Internetworking layer 2/3 switches, Load Balancer, Palo Alto Firewalls Sound Knowledge in network and security Products will be gain advantage Should have very good oral and written communication skills Added advantage if CCNP, PCNSA or PCNSE certified Network related audit activities Experience in network tools and support & Data center and network room related activities. Strong background in process creation and improvement planning; design, test and implement disaster recovery; capacity optimization Provides root-cause analysis, contributes to the knowledge base, and provides recommendations for continuous improvements to workflow, process, and technology

Installation of New sites, migration and POC Installation, Upgrade and Configuration of Network Devices Installation and Management of Structured Cabling and Patch Cables Image Management - provisioning via approved OS/application versions and configuration standards Configuration Version Control Management Ensure devices comply with Client security standards and policies as to hardening, security, patches and policy enforcement Capacity Management License Compliance Management Monitoring and Troubleshooting Client VPN Management Network Local and Global Traffic Manage r Device Management Network Application Proxy Device Management Content Delivery Network Management Device Migration Documentation of Processes, Procedures, Build-Books, and "As-Built" Diagrams Patch Management - OS, application and device firmware Backup / Restore Management Change / Release Management Inventory Management Hardware Maintenance Support Contract Maintenance - where not covered by "Provider" Business Continuity Management
