Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on

Network Project Manager (Male)

with

4+ years of experience

in

network infrastructure, electronics, and site engineering

. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing network installation and commissioning projects across multiple sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Frequent travel and flexibility in working hours are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and delivery of networking projects.

Network Implementation:

Supervise installation, configuration, and commissioning of routers, switches, and cabling systems.

Site Supervision:

Oversee on-site teams and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve network and system-related issues during installation and maintenance.

Team Coordination:

Manage and guide site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors; coordinate with clients and vendors.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed project reports, test records, and handover documents.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce adherence to safety and operational guidelines on all project sites.

Travel Flexibility:

Work across multiple project locations with readiness for frequent travel and extended hours.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / BSc / BTech in

Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering

(or related field).

Minimum 4 years of experience

in

Network Project Management, Site Engineering, or Network Implementation

. Strong understanding of

LAN/WAN, routing, switching, network protocols

, and

infrastructure deployment

. Ability to interpret

technical drawings, network diagrams, and layout plans

. Proficiency with

network analyzers, testing tools, and diagnostic instruments

. Excellent

leadership, communication, and organizational

skills. Ability to manage

multiple projects under tight deadlines

.
