Roles and Responsability

Design and deploy and maintain functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)

Monitor day-to-day operations and management for customer (LAN, WAN, wireless and cloud) Network infrastructure.

Configuring, Troubleshooting & Maintaining DC LAN, DC Interconnect WAN, cloud WAN, wireless Networks.

Managing and monitoring Wireless Network (cloud and On-prem) infrastructure.

Basic Knowledge of firewall link connectivity, policies, NAT/PAT and IPsec tunnels (overlay and underlay).

Network protocol configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Provide inputs for Capacity Planning/ Migration/shifting /link replace and upgrade/ Optimization / Future upgrade strategy based on the performance trend

knowledge on how MPLS, ILL and IPSEC tunnel connections work in infrastructure customers' WAN links.

On-Demand Cisco IOS, Nexus NX-OS, Dell , Ruckus, HP/Aruba switches, router and other network devices.

Responsible for implementing best practice/hardening/access-list policies

Managing and monitoring of log files of network/wireless and other network devices

Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports of devices, links cloud inventories.

Knowledge of ticketing and monitoring tools portals ( solar wind, Topdesk,Freshwork, service now etc) to get Realtime alerts and their resolution within SLAs.

Regular audit of network devices and take corrective action accordingly

Performance Management & Optimization

Root Cause Analysis diagnosis of priority tickets or as per client request.

Coordination with multiple vendors.

Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets.
