Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Network Mobility Trainer (Freelancer)

to deliver high-quality

theory and hands-on lab sessions

for students at

Sairam Institution

. The trainer (mentor) will be responsible for managing end-to-end classroom training, ensuring conceptual clarity, practical exposure, and student engagement throughout the course duration.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

theory and lab sessions

for Network Mobility courses as per the curriculum. Plan and manage

45 hours of training per batch

within the defined course timeline (60-84 days). Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical lab exercises. Ensure students understand core concepts and real-world applications. Prepare session plans, training materials, and lab manuals. Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and lab assessments. Address student queries and provide mentorship throughout the program. Coordinate with the institution team for schedules, attendance, and assessments.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of

Network Mobility / Wireless Networks / Mobile Communication

concepts. Hands-on experience in

network configuration, troubleshooting, and lab environments

. Ability to deliver both

theoretical and practical training

effectively. Experience in academic training, corporate training, or mentoring roles. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage students and simplify complex technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Engineering (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE)

or related fields. Relevant certifications in networking or mobility (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience working with educational institutions is an advantage.
