Technical Requirements:

Deep understanding of network protocols SDWAN SDLAN TCP IP MPLS BGP OSPF WLC WAP VLANs Spanning Tree Protocol Network Configuration Management Configure and maintain network devices including routers switches access points and firewalls according to established standards and best practices Network monitoring Monitor network performance metrics like bandwidth utilization latency and packet loss to identify potential issues and proactively address them Troubleshooting skills Ability to analyze network traffic diagnose issues using tools like ping traceroute and packet captures Wireless Network troubleshooting for Cisco Aruba Juniper ITIL Process working experience of Incident Change Problem Configuration management Working knowledge on DNS DHCP IPAM Cloud Proxy
