Job Description

1.1 Focus on achieving and improving the sales performance and market share of Chandra Hyundai through targeted strategies and continuous follow-up on generated enquiries.

1.2 Ensure achievement of sales targets as per the plan, maintain minimum curtailment stocks, and provide liquidation plans for any stock deviations.

1.3 Drive the sales of value-added services, including accessories (10,000), insurance, financial services (60%), and extended warranty (60%), in line with set targets.

1.4 Collaborate with the AGM Service for extended warranty, registration in GDMS, and timely delivery. Also, submit daily collection plans with the in-house finance team to ensure meeting the monthly order target.

1.5 Perform age-wise stock analysis and prioritize stock liquidation through submission of liquidation plans. Monitor lost sales daily and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

1.6 Ensure the achievement of the per-car sale of accessories as budgeted and monitor the payment status by regularly following up with Team Leaders across branches, ensuring payments are received within 5 days of booking before proceeding with vehicle registration.

1.7 Conduct weekly checks on stock status to ensure vehicles are in delivery condition, and ensure all cars are available under special schemes with full payment collected and invoiced on the specified date.

1.8 Manage exchange, corporate, and loyalty programs, ensuring all documents are in line before invoicing, and oversee outdoor marketing activities for enquiry generation, submitting a report to the Assistant General Manager of Sales.

1.9 Ensure sales executives maintain realistic commitments to customers, honoring any over-commitments without failure, and support vehicle ordering, model/color needs, and fund availability by coordinating with the Accounts department.

1.10 Address customer issues when necessary, assist the Assistant General Manager of Sales with vehicle launches, and collaborate with the Assistant General Manager of Sales & HMIL to achieve Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) scores.

1.11 Attend seminars, conferences, symposiums, camps, and exhibitions to build a network within the automobile industry, while enhancing the talent pool at Chandra Hyundai.

1.12 Identify and promote talent within the team, assess training needs, and coordinate with the Human Resources department to execute timely training programs for the sales team across all branches.

1.13 Conduct regular training sessions for the sales personnel at Kovaipudur and Pollachi branches, providing clear direction on sales systems and processes while imparting relevant sales knowledge.

Manage customer feedback by ensuring 100% reviews are collected from retail customers on Google, adhere to company policies, business ethics, and communication protocols, focus on employee retention, and ensure that housekeeping standards, 5S benchmarks, and Go Green initiatives are maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
