Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems, including LANs, WANs,
intranets, extranets, and hybrid cloud environments.

Manage multiple data centers with expertise in Cisco ACI, Nexus, and Cisco NDFC, ensuring the
stability, security, and scalability of core infrastructure.

Manage AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on Transit Gateway and AWS Direct Connect,
collaborating with multiple ISP. Oversee seamless integration between on-prem and cloud networks.

Leverage extensive knowledge of Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and access points to ensure
secure and efficient connectivity for branch and remote locations.

Manage WiFi environments, including 10+ years of experience in Cisco ISE and integration with
Meraki APs for a secure and seamless user experience.

Expert in BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF protocols, with experience configuring and managing complex
routing architectures in a large-scale environment.

Oversee network security with a focus on IDS/IDP systems, Cisco and Palo Alto, and ongoing
migration from Cisco FMC to Palo Alto. Knowledge of Zscaler and SASE implementation is essential.

Continuously monitor network performance to ensure efficiency, reliability, and optimization. Conduct
performance tuning and necessary adjustments to meet service level objectives.

Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with network service providers and vendors to optimize
cost and performance. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance, support, and fostering a
collaborative team culture. Manage cross-functional teams across regions to achieve project goals.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and service records.
Ensure network infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with SolarWinds, PagerDuty, IPAM, ThousandEyes, LiveAction, and Datadog for
monitoring, incident management, and network visibility

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Core Data Center Expertise: 7+ years of experience managing Cisco ACI, Nexus, and Cisco
NDFC in a data center environment.

Hybrid Cloud Experience: Advanced skills in AWS networking, including Transit Gateway, AWS
Direct Connect, and hybrid cloud connectivity.

Cisco Meraki Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and APs, with
the ability to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot as needed.

WiFi and Cisco ISE: 10+ years of experience in Cisco ISE with successful integration to Meraki
APs.

Routing Protocols and Network Architecture: In-depth understanding of BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF
routing protocols.

Network Security and Migration: Strong expertise in IDS/IDP, Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, with
extensive knowledge of Palo Alto to support an ongoing migration from Cisco FMC. Familiarity

with Zscaler and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) implementation.

Technical Proficiency: Familiar with tools for network management, monitoring, and performance
analysis. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Leadership and Communication: Proven leadership abilities, with excellent communication skills
to engage and influence team members, stakeholders, and executives.

Pay: ?2,500,000.00 - ?3,400,000.00 per year
