Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Network Manager

to oversee the performance, development, and operational standards of our Honda 2-wheeler network in Hazaribagh. The candidate will be responsible for improving dealer profitability, ensuring process compliance, and driving sales & service excellence across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor performance of the dealership network (Sales, Service, Spares). Ensure implementation of Honda SOPs, policies, branding, and operational guidelines. Conduct dealership audits, training, and performance reviews. Drive sales targets, service KPIs, CSI/SSI improvements. Identify new market opportunities and support dealership expansion plans. Strengthen dealer manpower capability through regular coaching & guidance. Build strong relationships with dealer principals and operational teams. Analyze market competition, customer trends, and prepare performance reports. Coordinate with OEM teams for process compliance and business growth. Resolve critical customer concerns and support escalation management.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of 2-wheeler dealership operations. Excellent communication & relationship management skills. Leadership abilities with problem-solving mindset. Good knowledge of DMS, MIS reporting, and data analysis. Ability to travel within the region as required.

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA preferred. Should have relevant experience in Dealer Development or Territory/Area Management in 2-wheeler industry.

Salary: Rs 30,000 - Rs 35,000/-
