JD: Network L2/L3 (Exp on Wireless)


Location: Hyderabad Preferred open for Pan India


5-12 years of Working experience on Routers and Switches - Design, installation, configuration, upgrades and operations .Troubleshoot and resolve Network issues, including connectivity, performance and security issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Network Devices with existing infrastructure.Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent preferred.Proficiency in network protocols and standards including TCP/IP, DHCP,DNS,VRRP,SNMP, STP/RSTP, VLANS, VXLAN,Routing protocols(ISIS/OSPF/BGP).Excellent Communication skills.Supporting operational tickets volume will impact on our ability to respond to critical customers incidents.Resources will use automation to complete work and develop scripts for routine tasks.Use technical and analytical skills to resolve network issues that impact customers/services.Fault handling and escalation - Identifying and responding to faults on client systems and networks, collaborating closely with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolutionResource should be open for 24/7.
