Job Description

Experience troubleshooting and resolving server hardware and Operating System issues and making

recommendations for corrective action.

Assist with planning and implementing changes to the customer's IT environment, ensuring changes

do not impact critical business functions.

Create and maintain system documentation for organizational technologies, including installation,

configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.

Providing Full Cycle ERP implementation and technical support.

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows based operating systems and all supporting

technologies.

Supporting for AD Servers (2003, 2008 & 2012) activities like installation, troubleshooting the issues, User

permissions, Group policy creation as per the standards

Familiar with basic TCP/IP (addressing, subnetting, routing, DHCP)

Managing SQL DB Server (2005, 2008 & 2012) Stuffs. Taking care, the Backup and restore as well.

Managing Windows collaborative share permissions.

Running regular checks on network and data security.

Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.

Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email

systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

Handling the Firewall (Company standard Policy creation, Port forwarding, VPN, Backup, Bandwidth

Balancing, Spam &Report checking)

Develop and execute disaster procedures and maintain data backups.

Handling the Antivirus web console & Tasks.

Microsoft Office 365 client support. (Mails & Teams)

Doing the Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016 &2019 Installation and configuration. Providing the support as well.

Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.

Developing User -Friendly functionalities and interfaces.

Preparing Development progress updates and documenting ERP Processes.
