We are currently seeking a

Network/ IOT Engineer

(EEE/ECE/Mechatronics) to join our client's team - Careworx Healthcare Pvt Ltd., in Chennai.

Careworx - Digital Healthcare Platform, helps in digitalization of hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic labs and Pharmacies for improving operational efficiency and to deliver superior experience to patients.

:

Oversees the installations and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations of our varied products at customer sites. Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Monitors the Performance, maintenance and repairs. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and
configurations which may impact product performance.

Proactively responds to potential equipment issues. Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating
systems and applications software.

Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions Travel during normal working hours to accounts based on a weekly schedule. Co?ordinate closely with sales and application team for necessary operational requirements

Must have Knowledge in

IP Setup IP Address configuration Ping commands

Qualification requirements:

A BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication or Mechatronics or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 2-5 years of experience.

Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely. Enjoy travelling and visiting customers.

Key skills required:

Computer knowledge Networking knowledge Documentation Good knowledge in installing and uninstalling programs
