The Services Execution teams are in the process of building out our Ecostruxure capabilities and looking for talent with a passion for helping Schneider Electric achieve its broader Digitization aspirations. The Preventive Connected Services Hub is one of the pillars of Digital Services execution and a key resource in delivering added value to our customers. It is a highly visible organisation at the forefront of Schneider Electric IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) and Digitization initiatives.We are looking for remote support engineers who can combine their deep technical expertise and passion for customers, with the ability to leverage Ecostruxure Asset Advisor for Electrical Distribution, to improve the performance and reliability of our customers electrical systems.Responsibilities of the Network Integration & Cybersecurity Specialist

• Supporting the set-up and execution phases of complex solutions
• Commission the IT/IOT portion of the digital services and conduct various other testing activities in collaboration with various technical stakeholders
• Support customer projects on all connectivity matters including cyber security, analytics
• Extracts and analyses data and runs analytics (software/expert-based)
• Interacts with a Network of experts for advanced support of data analysis and recommendations to the customer
• Possess a good understanding of Secure Power and Electrical distribution with the ability to analyse the data and alarms generated by Electrical Distribution Assets (transformers, Breakers, relays, Motors) into meaningful insights and actions.

About you:

• Candidates with any global certifications in cyber security will be preferred
• Relevant degree qualification coupled with previous experience in a similar role
• Proven relevant work experience in Operational Technology (Control system, RTU, Gateway, Energy Automation System) with a mandatory experience in Ethernet networks.
• Passionate about emerging predictive and analytic technologies and knowledge of equipment communications protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, IEC61850)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to partner with key stakeholders and achieve outcomes within a global team
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast moving and Customer focused environment
• Those with experience in Industrial IoT will be viewed favourably
• Effective communication (written/oral/reading/listening), with a command of the English language
• Ability to keep relevant stakeholders informed and build a network of relationships that would aid in business development
• Candidate must have the ability to influence and convince
• Ability to effectively manage time and remain organised across multiple activities, along with an attention to detail
• Curiosity and interest in new knowledge in various domains, Minimum Knowledge and Skill Expectations
• Service experience with power/power monitoring equipment/industrial application
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and proficiency with one-line diagrams
• Strong technical writing and computer knowledge, fluency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Superior analytical abilities and a high degree of proficiency in working with data

.2+ years of field experience as a service engineer for UPS, Cooling systems will be an added advantageQualificationsQualifications - External
Three or four-year technical degree or a 3-year diploma in the field of electrical systems, engineering, or a like discipline
Minimum 3 years (5 years preferred) experience with electrical distribution systems
