Network Design and Implementation:

• Plan, design, and implement network solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Configure and deploy routers, switches, and other network devices.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular backups and upgrades for network hardware and software.

Security Management:

• Implement and maintain network security measures such as firewalls and VPNs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and protocols.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and updates.
• Provide reports on network status and performance to management.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with IT and other departments to support business operations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and standards.
Experience in managing Cisco network devices is preferred.
Familiarity with tools for monitoring and diagnosing network issues.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Certifications:

• CCNA Certification is mandatory. Additional certifications in networking will be an advantage.
