IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Network Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This is a full-time position located in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of network engineers and provide technical guidance and support
- Design and implement network solutions to meet the bank's business needs
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technologies
- Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network services
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for network improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and MPLS
- Experience with network design and implementation in a large-scale environment
- Experience with network security and compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are preferred
