About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide support for all network and hardware-related issues
2. Coordinate with all vendors to carry out our projects across India and aboard
3. Identify and implement new technologies to reduce human efforts in project execution
4. Act as a single point of contact for end-user to receive support and maintenance for computer and network system
5. Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers, and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance
6. Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime
7. Troubleshoot network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
