We are seeking a

Junior Network Engineer

with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to provide on-site and remote support across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining laptops, CCTV systems, basic networking, inventory tracking, and end-user IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

Laptop Support:

Installation, configuration, formatting, software deployment, OS installation, and virus troubleshooting.

User Management:

Create and manage corporate email IDs, passwords, and user access credentials.

Network Troubleshooting:

Basic LAN/WAN configuration, Wi-Fi setup, resolving network connectivity issues.

CCTV Installation & Support:

Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV camera systems at various locations.

Inventory Management:

Maintain and update asset inventory (laptops, routers, CCTV devices, etc.) across locations.

Hardware & Software Implementation:

Install and configure antivirus, productivity tools, and other licensed software.

On-Site Visits:

Travel to multiple locations for system setup, hardware troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Documentation:

Maintain service logs, support documentation, and installation reports.

Key Skills Required:

Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office suite installation. Familiarity with networking concepts: IP addressing, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP. Hands-on experience with CCTV system setup (DVR/NVR, camera configuration). Basic knowledge of Active Directory & user management tools (preferred). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage IT assets and maintain inventory records.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant IT support experience.
