The Network Engineer performs design, optimization and audit of a network to meet the customer requirements. The role is passionate about completing design, audit and optimization services. He is responsible to upkeep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.

You will !

Be the first line of support for the ongoing Product hardware and & Conformance Testing

Perform troubleshooting and support Hardware, Safety & Conformance Testing

Develop competence in the Network Design and optimization domain of Test Automation

Ensure the ongoing test activities are flowing smoothly

Configure Ericsson Radio Base Stations and prepare for testing

Develop competence in Testbeds and Simulators.

Have complete knowledge and understanding of the Traffic Test System

Identify Technical Risks and delays and report back to the stakeholders

Continuously look for opportunities to improve the ongoing Test Activities

Drive continuous improvements of products and processes

To be successful in the role, you must !

Have bachelors in Telecommunication engineering or similar.

Have preferable Knowledge in RF testing and measurement of RF products

Have 2G/3G/4G and 5G Radio Base-station knowledge

Familiar with Moshell Commands/LabVIEW would be an advantage

Have business understanding

Ability to lead multiple problems/issues simultaneously

Delivering results and meeting predefined goals

Be well organized and a teammate, be innovating, adapting and responding to change
