Job Description
Job Title- Network Engineer
Experience required: 4 to 6 years of voice and data networking experience in complex enterprise networks.
Technical Skills: CCNA voice certification
Job Responsibilities: * Work on Global Cisco Call Manager environment as assigned
- Deploy, troubleshoot, support, optimize, and administer telecom services (CUCM, Cisco Unity, IP Telephony, Video, Mobility solutions, etc.)
- Create, analyze, and troubleshoot call flows and call detail records within a multi-component environment
- Analyze future requirements and test new Telecom products/functionality
- Create and maintain related technical and procedural documentation
- Expert knowledge of Telecommunication voice systems and related protocols.
- Working knowledge of related protocols like MGCP, HSRP, H323, SIP, OSPF, BGP, video protocols, etc.
- Working knowledge of Video conferencing management services/platforms
- Coordinate with other hardware and software professionals relating to network and telecommunication platforms
- Collaborate with external organizations to identify and resolve significant issues
