Position: Network Engineer Location: Peelamedu, Coimbatore Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Install, configure, and maintain VoIP & Wi-Fi systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. \xc2\xb7 Manage network devices and services, including routers, switches, APs, firewalls, VoIP PBX, VoIP telephones, and VPNs. \xc2\xb7 Proactively monitor network performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime. \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in VoIP and Wi-Fi network administration, with a strong track record of managing complex networks. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) and VoIP technologies. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with major VoIP systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. \xc2\xb7 Experience with network security practices and devices, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems. \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. \xc2\xb7 Formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (UG/Diploma) is beneficial; practical experience and demonstrated results are highly valued. Desirable Skills: 1. CCNA certification. 2. CCTV and Biometric Systems installation and maintenance.
