Network Support Engineer
Location: Noida Sec 62, Stellar IT Park
Type: FULL-TIME
Normal Working Hours: 11 AM 8 PM IST
We are expanding our teams in India entity Collance Technologies Pvt Ltd to support our growing US business and hiring Network Support Engineer to work from our Noida Office.

Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting technical issues
Diagnosing and repairing faults
Resolving network issues
Installing and configuring hardware and software
Supporting the Development team on new installations
Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
Required skills
4-7 years of working experience
Configure Laptops, software, security policies
Maintenance of AWS Server machines and related troubleshooting
Proficient in diagnosis of network related issues
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS
Experience with remote desktop applications, help desk software and CRM (Hubspot)
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication
Qualification:
ME/ M.Tech./ BSc / MS (Engg/ Sciences) or BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
Good to have a relevant Technical Certification
