Our client, a well-known brand in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a network engineer to support their newly launched ERP. [HIDDEN TEXT] Key responsibilities Design and implement network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware. Configure and maintain intranet and internet connections to ensure secure and efficient operation. Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information. Create and manage backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network compatibility with software and hardware components of the ERP system. Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support as needed. Role requirements Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5-10 years\' experience Proven experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware. Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and security practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
