Roles & Responsibilities:

Importance of Network Standardization How following standards ensures uniformity, easier troubleshooting, and scalability across sites. Cable Management Practices Proper labeling, routing, and organizing cables on network health and efficiency. Knowledge of Network Monitoring Importance of real-time monitoring and alert systems. Field Readiness and Troubleshooting Willingness to work on field sites. Ability to handle real-time issues and perform physical installations. Basic and Advanced Network Concepts Understanding of IP addressing ,LAN,WAN, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and NAT. Security Awareness Network security best practices. Documentation and Reporting Importance of maintaining updated network diagrams, change logs, and proper documentation. Adaptability to New Technologies Willingness to learn and work with SD-WAN, IPv6, PToP connection, Firewall and Router configuration. Team Collaboration and Communication Skills Working with cross-functional teams and clear communication during incidents and maintenance activities.
