Key Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and system alerts on a daily basis
Provide L1 troubleshooting support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues
Assist in the installation and configuration of network devices (routers, switches, access points)
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalation and resolution
Maintain network documentation, logs, and inventory records
Support users with basic network connectivity queries and issues
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance as directed
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls
Knowledge of network monitoring tools is an advantage
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
CCNA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
0-2 years of experience in networking or technical support
