Key Responsibilities
? Monitor network performance and system alerts on a daily basis
? Provide L1 troubleshooting support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues
? Assist in the installation and configuration of network devices (routers, switches, access points)
? Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for issue escalation and resolution
? Maintain network documentation, logs, and inventory records
? Support users with basic network connectivity queries and issues
? Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance as directed
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls
Knowledge of network monitoring tools is an advantage
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
CCNA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
0-2 years of experience in networking or technical support
