Job Title: Network Engineer/Network Operations Engineer
Location: Manesar

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with PAN India Network Team and PM team to resolve network jeopardy or PM jeopardy tasks.
2. Ensure link delivery within Time-to-Act (TAT) for wireline/wireless orders, upgrades, and downgrades.
3. Manage tickets and incident escalation using tools like M6, Airtel Work, NPM, LEO, and Remedy Tool.
4. Troubleshoot network issues, analyze problems, and resolve them within Service Level Agreement (SLA) for products like ILL and MPLS.
5. Perform network upgrades, manage end-to-end link delivery, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
6. Lead team in comprehensive problem analysis, train new team members, and manage system installations/upgrades.

Technical Skills:
1. Wireless and wireline media and network devices
2. Airtel tools (Airtel Work, LEO, M6, PUTTY)
3. Routing and switching (TCP/IP, Ethernet, FTP, TFTP, Telnet, DNS, DHCP, SMTP)
4. LAN switching (VLAN, VTP, STP) and monitoring of LANs/WANs

Soft Skills:
1. Excellent analytical and reporting skills using MS Office
2. Team coordination, client meetings, and daily task management
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network operations, telecom networks, or a similar field
- Experience with network protocols, tools, and technologies mentioned above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,737.08 - ₹26,242.84 per month
