Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN solutions. Manage and monitor network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, IDS/IPS). Perform regular network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization. Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewall rules, and access control policies. Support VoIP, video conferencing, and unified communications systems. Conduct root cause analysis of network issues and ensure timely resolution. Document network architecture, changes, and configurations. Collaborate with system administrators, security teams, and vendors to ensure reliable connectivity. Plan and implement network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments. Provide support for disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategies.
